Rules & Regulations

Rules Regarding Admission & Withdrawal

  • Parents/Guardians are to fill in the admission form with the outmost accuracy.
  • Candidates must be introduced personally by parents or guardians.
  • Submission of one of the following documents as a proof of age is essential. (1.Municipal or Panchayat Certificate. 2. Transfer Certificate of an affiliated school.)
  • Admission normally closes by the end of February.
  • The date of birth entered in the admission Form signed by the Parents/Guardians will be final.
  • For withdrawl of a student from the school, one month’s tuition fee in lieu of notice must be given.
  • A Transfer Certificate will be issued on a written application of the Parents or guardian along with a fee of Rs.100/-
  • The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all the fees and other dues to the school are paid.
  • The Principal has right to cancel the admission of any student, if he/she neglects the duties/short of attendance/misbehaves/indiscipline in School premises/Fails in Examination in consecutive 2 years.


  • Daily and regular attendance is compulsory from the first of the academic session.
  • Students who remain absent will not be permitted to sit in the class without a letter of leave from the parents.
  • Students should be punctual in coming to the school.
  • If a students is absent without a leave continuously for more than 15 days, his/her name will be stuck off from the school.
  • Every student is expected to bring credit to self and his/her good Conduct.
  • It shall be imperative for every student to show common courtesy in his/her speech and behavior and observe rule of personal cleanliness.

Fees Rules

  • Fees is to be paid by the 15th of every month. If the 15th is holiday, fee will be accepted on the next working day.
  • A fine of Rs.10/-will be charged for late payment of fee.
  • If a student’s fee runs in arrears for more than two months, the student is liable to be removed from the school.
  • Re-admission will be permitted only on payment of arrears with the Re-admission fee of Rs.100/-
  • Fees of May and June are collected before summer vacation begins.
